Our campsite is located on a plateau right in the centre of the Saxon Switzerland. We are surrounded by an unique rock panorama, beside the Malerweg.

You can start your hiking trip directly from the campsite to striking rock formations just like Papststein, Gohrischstein, Pfaffenstein with the Barbarine, Lilienstein and many more.

The Schrammsteine and the area of Rathen, both part of the National Park, are about 5-8km away.
You can also reach the Prebischtor, Europe's largest rock arch, in about 20 minutes by car or public transportation (bus).
The network of hiking trails is very well developed and signposted. Apart from the main trails, there is a big variety of adventurous paths and staircases crossways through ravines and over rocky ridges. This hiking paradise is great fun for children as well.
